The Cub Scout must complete these five activities.

1.      Know the rules and laws for a sport and explain them to an adult.

2.      Have a good background knowledge of the teams and sports personalities of their chosen sport.

3.      Explain what equipment is needed for the sport.

4.      Be able to list some major events for the sport of their choice.

5.      Give a description of events that they have attended in pursuit of their interest. If this has not been possible, explain to a Leader how they keep up to date with their sport.
